The HVAC partner would lead technical decisions, guide field service and installation quality, and help shape how the work is delivered.
Together, we would define responsibilities for customer acquisition, scheduling, pricing, finances, and growth. The working arrangement would be discussed and agreed upon before either person makes a commitment.
